RATES FOR PRIVATE RENTALS

Renters will have exclusive use of the space for the entire event, which includes use of the Hall the afternoon/evening before for set-up and morning after for clean-up. Includes use of fifteen 8’ tables, 50 folding wooden chairs and 12 long wooden benches.
$500 non-refundable security deposit is required to reserve the space/date.
$500 refundable damage deposit is required.
Use of audio/visual equipment (microphones, speakers, projector) is an additional $250.

  • One-day events
    One-time half day (up to 4 hours): $300 One-time full day: $450

  • Multi-day events (conferences, retreats, workshops, training sessions, etc) $500 for first day, $300/additional day

  • Special events (weddings, receptions, large parties or banquets) $1250

  • Securing the Recreation Hall as a back-up location for an event $500 non-refundable holding fee; refundable $750 rental fee if not used
