The WMC presents the first annual "Tin Can Annie's Truth Be Told Storytelling Festival" to bring the entire community together around stories. We will feature two venues, on August 12 and 13, with the top contenders given extended time for stories as they square off at the Rec Hall on Sunday, August 14.

Show up to share a story or to listen to the community’s top storytellers. Time limit on stories: 8 minutes. For the Winner’s Showcase, our top storytellers get extended time of 15 minutes, to use as they please.

Storytelling Festival Dates:

August 12, 8pm — Glacier View Campground on McCarthy’s West Side

August 13, 7pm — Old Hardware Store

August 14, 7pm — Winner’s Showcase at the Kennecott Rec Hall
